While official “Show Houses” in Betty’s Bay is quite a rare occurrence, Meridian Realty decided to give the idea a large practical boost by showing 24 sole and exclusive mandated properties at once!
Eighteen of these properties are located in Betty’s Bay, with three more in Rooi Els, one in Pringle Bay and one in Maremmana near Botriver and the last one an exclusive Guest House in Swakopmund!
Logistical problems were smartly overcome by showing the properties in our office on a TV-monitor and accompanying interested people to the properties on appointment.
Thousands of pamphlets advertising the properties, were distributed together with a glossy brochure with handy information regarding our area. ON SHOW-boards were used to indicate the locality of the properties.
Results in terms of interested people, hits on our large array of websites, visits to our office and to the properties on show were very encouraging. Thus far Meridian Realty has negotiated a number of transactions, with a few more pending.
This promotion comes to an end on the 7th of May, after which date the sole and exclusive mandated properties will still receive special attention in our marketing plan.
