It is a workspace where you work with people and where you get a glance at their dreams and have a chance to help them realize those.

What area / areas do you focus on? 

Mostly the Kogelberg Biosphere / Whale Coast area.

Do you focus on certain types of properties or do you do the whole range from student flat to lifestyle farm?

Mostly residential properties, but also small holdings.

What attracts people to your area of focus?

Living in the Western Cape with good governance and being near to the sea. The natural beauty of the area and the relative safety of living here. The proximity of good hospitals, malls and the International airport.

What are the best things to do on a "off day" in your area?

Hiking in the beautiful surrounds. Cycling. Beachcombing. Whale-watching.

What is the best advice you can give a buyer in today's market?

Use a trustworthy agency and do your homework thoroughly before engaging in a transaction.

What is the best advice you can give a seller in today's market?

Use a trustworthy agency and take note of the pricing advice you receive.

How does Meridian Realty's business model benefit you and your clients?

It gives me the advantage to focus on the things I enjoy - communicating with clients and fulfilling their needs. I am not tethered to focus on administration and listings, photography etc.

Give a short description of your personal and other business interest?

I am a birder with some 570 species on my list. Love reading, especially historical stuff about early visitors to Southern Africa and hunting expeditions in Africa.
