When did you start your career in Real Estate?
I received my first FFC in 2005 as a learner / Intern Estate Agent.
How long have you been a property practitioner?
I've held the Full Status Agent title since 2007 and qualified as PPRE in 2014.
What attracted you to a career in Real Estate?
The challenges of finding a perfect match and facilitating a transaction was the main motivation.
What area / areas do you focus on?
Focus mainly in CBD and surrounds.
Do you focus on certain types of properties or do you do the whole range from student flat to lifestyle farm?
Investment apartments mostly, but also enjoy working on new developments.
What attracts people to your area of focus?
Cape Town has so much to offer for locals as well as visitors. The cosmopolitan lifestyle, art, history & culture.
What are the best things to do on a "off day" in your area?
Sightseeing, beaches, hikes, surf!
What is the best advice you can give a buyer in today's market?
Do your homework! Scrutinize the market thoroughly, do your own research and as always, location, location, location!
What is the best advise you can give a seller in today's market?
Never give the impression that you are desperate.

I enjoy working with people. I appreciate good service, whether it's at a restaurant or retail store. I try to do deliver good service to my clients by meeting their expectations and dealing with objections as I would like them dealt with when I am in the shoes of the client.
