What attracts people to your area of focus? 

Because of the more quiet area, away from the city area, easy access from here to the city.

What are the best things to do on a "off day" in your area? 

Look for stock, door knocking, drive through area.

What is the best advice you can give a buyer in today's market? 

Make sure in which area you want to stay and be sure of affordability.

What is the best advice you can give a seller in today's market?  

Property must be priced to sell; overpriced properties don't sell.

How does Meridian Realty's business model benefit you and your clients? 

To negotiate our own commission and to be able to show our clients all areas.

Give a short description of your personal and other business interest?  

My business experience of more than 30 years has given me a passion to work with people, that is why I still want to do property. Growing up in a family with business in their blood, I will always look around for any opportunity and to help people.
