I’m Amanda Botha, and I’ve spent the past 9+ years immersed in real estate — not just in sales, rentals, or marketing, but in walking a deeply personal journey with estate agents navigating a tough, competitive industry.

As Team Leader at Meridian Realty, I work closely with agents to help them build real businesses, not just survive from sale to sale. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to grow to the next level, my role is to offer real guidance, real support, and a relationship they can trust.

I've worked with large and respected brands and now Meridian Realty, where our model is focused entirely on putting agents first. With a background in everything from listings and negotiations to admin and transaction coordination, I understand the full picture, and I use that knowledge to help agents thrive.

I’ve completed both my NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications, but what truly sets me apart is how I lead: with empathy, consistency, and genuine care. Agents often tell me it’s the first time they’ve felt truly heard and supported and that’s what drives me every day.
