Since going into the property marketing sector in 2000, Avril Mitchley has worked consistently as a respected and now well-known agent in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Trained as a librarian at Stellenbosch University, and having worked in various marketing and promotional sectors subsequent to her work in both public and national libraries, Avril realised that estate agency was the way she could combined both her interest in architecture and buildings with her passion for selling. Meridian Realty approached her in 2016 and, after weighing up the advantages of becoming an iAgent with this forward-thinking team, she joined the company.

The many years of experience she had gained in working with two influential estate agencies in the Constantiaberg region meant that she came to Meridian as a full-status agent.
