Growing up in hotels, she honed her hospitality expertise across South Africa and Germany. This foundation led her to own a successful point-of-sale software company, serving major clients like Woolworths and Holiday Inn. Her nine years as Marketing Manager for Isibindi Africa Lodges further showcased her ability to drive success, even through the challenges of the global pandemic.

Penny's lifelong love for property, evident in her personal history of buying, selling, building, and renovating homes, naturally led her to real estate in Knysna where she specializes in guesthouses, boutique hotels, and lodges, leveraging her unique blend of property acumen and extensive hospitality knowledge.

Beyond her professional life, Penny is deeply embedded in the Knysna community. An avid tennis and padel player, hiker, and practitioner of yoga and Pilates, she also dedicates her time to preserving Knysna's beauty. In February 2024, she launched "Keep Knysna Clean," a donation-funded initiative employing two full-time individuals for litter cleanup as well as serve as an EXCO member of the Greater Knysna Business Chamber .
