Prajesh’s interest in real estate started in 2007 after assisting family members find homes and investment properties. He officially joined the industry in 2016.

His golden rule and intentions are to treat you the client, the way he would want to be treated if he was the client and you were the real estate agent. It is the above approach that has helped him rise to the top.

Prajesh has won The Rookie Agent of the year regionally in 2018 and then went on to win third position that same year nationally. In 2019 he once again proved himself as the overall Archiver agent of the year Regionally.

Prajesh has over the years completed his NQF4, qualifying him as a Full Status Agent. He then successfully completed a course in Property Development and investment at the University of Cape Town. 

His beliefs are building networks and delivering a professional service to all his clients. He considers himself as a matchmaker finding homes that best suits his buyers needs. Prajesh has also taken a keen interest in Commercial properties and has once again proven his worth.
