Based in the beautiful Constantiaberg Valley in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, (which is our familiar turf as we owned a successful hardware store in this area for 22 years), we specialize in this valley and surrounding suburbs, but not being area bound, we are able to market in any areas so we do operate from the City Bowl to the Deep South and anywhere else in Cape Town where our services are needed. We owned a property franchise in the early 2000’s in Noordhoek/Kommetjie, so the Deep South is familiar territory to us and having lived and worked “over the mountain” as we call it, we have an understanding of this unique and special area too.

Chris’s start in the world of property was in the traditional building society environment in the 1970’s where he became the company’s youngest ever home loans manager at the age of 28. After starting his own business at the age of 29 he became increasingly involved in property, both residential and commercial as a landlord and speculator re/developer which lead to spending many years as a commercial property broker after selling his hardware store. A family owned residential property sales franchise in the Noordhoek Valley in 2001, saw Shelli and Chris working together in residential sales until a decision to return to the Constantiaberg Valley saw them make the move. After a brief foray into mortgage consulting in 2005, Shelli after a time away from the industry, re-entered the residential market in 2021, joined by Chris in 2022. Our varied experience in “all things property”, whether building and renovations advice, property development knowledge, understanding of the home loans process, registration process and much more, gives us the ability to advise on a number of aspects of your property journey.
