The apartment comes fully furnished and includes secure basement parking. Shareholders can rent their allocated weeks to close family and friends (public rentals are not permitted). A service fee for linen, cleaning, and electricity is required before your stay. Weeks are allocated on a rotational basis and are not consecutive. A monthly levy is also payable. No pets are allowed.
