As a shareholder, you'll enjoy four weeks of usage per year, allocated on a rotational basis to ensure fair access. Weeks are not consecutive, and while you may rent your time to close family and friends, public rentals are not permitted. Before each stay, a service fee covering linen, cleaning, and electricity is payable. Please note that pets are not allowed.

To clarify, this is a cash-only opportunity (as banks do not bond share-hold properties). For just R135,000, you'll become one of twelve shareholders in the company that owns the apartment. Your share entitles you to four one-week stays annually, for life. For example, if your allocated weeks in 2025 are 10, 26, 39, and 51, you will receive different weeks in 2026 and beyond, ensuring variety in your holiday experiences. The current annual levy of R5,450 covers management fees, Netflix subscription, maintenance, complex fees, insurance, accounting, and municipal rates and taxes.
